摘要
喷射钻井能够提高钻井速度主要是充分利用喷嘴射流的水力能量来清理岩屑和破碎岩石。脉冲射流喷嘴的瞬时冲击动压力和瞬时速度大,它的轴心瞬时冲击动压力比普通连续射流提高1.7倍,岩心冲蚀体积提高2倍。所以,脉冲射流消除和减小了井底岩屑压持效应,使整个井底形成了不连续和不均匀的压力分布。从而有效地净化井底和破碎岩石,现场应用中提高了钻井速度。
The main reason that the jet drilling can raise drilling speed is fully utilizing the hydraulic energy of nozzle jet flow to clear away cuttings and to break rocks.
