摘要
本文对五种聚丙烯及改性聚丙烯材料在静态(慢加载)和动态(冲击)条件下的断裂韧性进行了表征。首先使用多试件J—△a阻力曲线法测量了这些材料在慢加载条件下的断裂韧性J_(1c)值;然后又用单边尖锐缺口三点弯曲冲击试件测量了冲击条件下的断裂韧性G_(1c)值。同时对上述方法进行了讨论。实验结果表明,这两种方法能够表征这些聚丙烯材料在不同受力条件下的抗裂特性,为工程选材和材料的断裂机理研究提供了定量依据。
The fracture toughness of five kinds of polypropylene(PP)materials including pure PP(PP1300) and tonghened PP by copolymerization or blendinf method have been measured. Firstly, the multiple specimen J-integral resistance curve (J-△a) method was used with low loading speed to determinate J_(Jc). Secondly, Charpy impact test were conducted using the Plasti and Willams proposed methed to determinate the high speed loading fracture toughness G_(1c). The test methods and the measured results have been discussed.
