摘要
在菠萝皮渣中加入纤维素酶并辅以微波对其进行酶解。采用单因素试验研究不同温度、不同初始pH值、不同酶用量、不同酶解时间及不同酶解底物对菠萝皮渣的酶解效果的影响。结果表明:在微波辅助条件下,利用纤维素酶酶解菠萝皮渣的最适宜条件是:温度50℃、pH初始值4.0、酶用量0.08%、酶解11 h,底物浓度在实验所选时间范围内对酶解效果无明显影响。
With pineapple bran as raw materials for cellulose hydrolysis to it. Single factor experiment was studied at different temperatures, initial pH, cellulose dosage, different time and different enzymatic hydrolysis of substrate hydrolysis on the pineapple skin effect of slag. The results show that: enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose is the most appropriate conditions 50℃, pH 4.0, the initial value of cellulose of 0.08% in case of hydrolysis 11 h, while the substrate concentration within the experimental range of the selected time no significant effect on the enzyme effect .
