摘要
对我国菠萝加工和综合利用的现状进行了论述;重点介绍了近两年菠萝罐头、浓缩菠萝果肉汁、发酵菠萝果酒发展情况;提出了我国菠萝加工企业的税费负担较重,在一定程度上造成我国菠萝加工企业处于竞争劣势地位。
This paper reviewed the situation of processing and the comprehensive utilization on pineapple in China and primal, intro- duced the development of canned food, concentrated juice, and fermented wine of pineapples last 2 years, Finally the author concluded that the higher duty makes native enter prises in a inferior position when compete with foreign companies.
