摘要
在多年研究的基础上提出了苹果资源综合开发的技术战略,即苹果生果提取苹果多酚,成熟果进入榨汁线生产苹果汁并排放苹果渣。苹果汁加工成各种果汁饮品,生产浓缩果汁出口,同时也可进一步发酵生产系列苹果酒、苹果白兰地和苹果醋等高附加值产品。苹果渣则可发酵生产柠檬酸、制备膳食纤维和发酵生产饲料蛋白,其中以苹果渣蛋白饲料最有优势,其混合秸秆用作牛饲料,产出牛奶和牛肉,而大量的牛粪便发酵生产甲烷或氢气,提供清洁能源。发酵后的剩余物可加工成良好的有机复合肥料,用于不同果树、蔬菜和花卉等,生产绿色食品,完成整个苹果资源开发的绿色循环过程。
Based on many years' researches, cyclic process of apple resources is presented. After pressing, apple juice and pomace are available. Apple juice could be further processed to produce such juice beverages as wine, cider, brandy, vinegar or just juice concentrates for export while apple pomace could be used to produce dietary fiber, citric acid and feeding protein. By comparison of industrial practicability and economic profitability, it is found that feeding protein is the best in the above three products, especially when mixed with straw as feedstuff for cattle. Then, cattle feces could be further fermented to produce CH4 or H2 and the residues could be treated as high quality organic fertilizer for fruit tree(apple tree), vegetables and flowers. In this cycle, sufficient use is made of apple resources and value of apple greatly added. Moreover, almost no pollution and waste come into being in the process, thus forming a continuable development.
