摘要
本文合成了马来酸二乙醇胺酯,再与丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基磺酸钠等制备了一种高分散、高早强活化作用的高分子聚合物,将其用于水泥粉磨实验,并以三乙醇胺为参比,在不同掺量下与水泥熟料和石膏在闭路磨机内粉磨一定的时间,通过分析比表面积、粒径分布、中值粒径(D50)和强度,探讨了对助磨增强效果的影响,结果表明其助磨增强明显效果优于三乙醇胺。
This paper synthesized malay acid diethanolamine ester,again with acrylic acid,sodium(methyl) acryl-sulfate prepared one kind high dispersion,high intensity and activation copolymer.Then used as cement grinding aids,compared with triethanolamine.The experiment was carried out by interground with gypsum and clinker in closed-circuit grinding systems for different concentration and grinding duration.The investigation was performed using the analysis of the specific surface,particle size distribution,median size(D50) and strength,and discussed the enhancement and grinding effects of carboxylic acid copolymers,the results show that at low concentration additives,the cement grind ability and strength development obviously better than triethanolamine.
