官能团基质三乙醇胺水泥助磨剂的制备与研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章合成了四种官能团基质的有机三乙醇胺化合物(LGA1、FGA2、LGA3、LGA4)。在不同掺量与助磨时间条件下,将各化合物分别加入具有一定配比水泥熟料与石膏的球磨机内粉磨并以TEA为对比,测试了粉磨后物料的筛余量、比表面积(SSA)、粒度分布、强度、XRD、SEM等并结合助磨机理予以分析,发现改性后的助磨剂对水泥粉磨效果影响较为显著。试验发现,改性后的三乙醇胺分子中新增了-COOH与羧酸根离子,助磨效果优于TEA。 The aim of the present paper was the evaluation of four organic compounds from functional group matrix triethanolamine( LGA1 , FGA2 , LGA3 , LGA4 ). To get a valuable result, a reference sample was made with triethanolamine. These compounds were carried out by interground with clinker and gypsum in closed circuit grinding systems for different concentration and grinding time. By analyzing the screen residue, specific surface, size distribution, Ds0, uniformity factor "n", strength, XRD and SEM. Then the action mechanisms were discussed and discovered the modified grinding aids had an good impact on the cement grinding. The result showed that the functional group matrix triethanolamine class had substantial grinding advantage and the effect of new functional group -COOH and COOH- on cement grindability and strength development is the best.
