摘要
介绍了水泥助磨剂的助磨机理,如 Rebinder 的“强度削弱理论”和 Mardulier 的“颗粒分散理论”等观点。综述了水泥助磨剂的分类及常见的水泥助磨剂,并列举了国内外主要的助磨剂配方,概括了助磨剂的研究历史,指出了目前水泥助磨剂研究中存在的问题以及水泥助磨剂的研究方向,认为:工业废弃物的综合利用、降低助磨剂的使用成本、改善水泥的综合性能是助磨剂的发展方向。
This paper introduces the mechanism of grinding aids,such standpoints as the theory of reducinghardness and the particle decentrailization theory.It summarizes the classification of grinding aids and the kinds offamiliar cement grinding aids and lists the main domestic and foreign prescriptions.After summing up the study histo-ry and the problems existing in studying cement grinding aids,it predicts the development direction,holding that mul-tipurpose use of industrical waste materials,reducing the use cost of grinding aids,and improving the comprehensiveproperties of cement are the development trend of grinding aids.
