聚丙烯酸-甲基丙烯磺酸钠对建筑石膏性能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Acrylic Acid-co-Sodium Methallyl Sulfonate on the Property of Building Gypsum

摘要 通过自由基聚合制备了5种聚丙烯酸.甲基丙烯磺酸钠共聚物(PC-1~PC-5),并以梳状聚羧酸(Pc)和萘系(FDN)为对照,探讨了这5种共聚物对建筑石膏性能的影响。结果表明,PC-4[n(丙烯酸):n(甲基丙烯磺酸钠)=6:1]的减水率最大,掺量为0.3%(以石膏质量计)时减水率达22%。当PC-4的掺量为0.3%时,石膏浆体流动性保持时间达到最长为60min;试块2h吸水率最低达到16%,比空白低11.5%;试块干抗折、抗压强度比空白组分别提高30%、31%;试块软化系数达到最大,为0.36,比空白高0.1。PC-4对建筑石膏具有优异的缓凝减水作用。 Five kinds of poly ( acrylic acid-co-sodium methallyl sulfonate ) ( PC - 1 - PC - 5 ) were synthesized by free radical polymerization. The effects of these copolymers on the property of building gypsum were studied based on a comparison with comb-like polycarboxylate-type(PC) and FDN. The results indicate that PC - 4 [ n ( acrylic acid ) : n ( sodium methallyl sulfonate ) = 6 : 1 ] shows the best property on water-reducing rate, achieving 22% at the dosage of 0. 3% ( by weight of gypsum). When the dosage of PC -4 was 0. 3% ,the gypsum paste shows excellent slump retention,the maximum time of which being 60 rain, the water-absorption rate at 2 h of gypsum test block achieved 16%, with 11.5% lower than that of the blank, the dry bending and compressive strength of gypsum test block were enhanced by 30% and 31% respectively than those of the blank, the softening coefficient of gypsum test block achieved 0. 36, with 0. 1 higher than that of the blank. This shows that the capability of set-retarding and water-reducing of PC -4 was excellent on building gypsum system.
