利用气调箱保鲜樱桃的初步研究 被引量:10

Study on storage of sweet cherry fruit by auto-controlling atmosphere box

摘要 介绍了利用气调箱保鲜樱桃的新方法,通过对"先锋"樱桃品种的实验,贮藏60 d时,CA及MA1处理果实好果率分别为96.2%和96.3%,分别比对照高103.0%和103.2%。24 h货架期好果率达到95.4%及94.6%,基本保持了原有的色泽和口味,该方法不使用保鲜剂,食用更安全,操作更简便。 A new method about storage of sweet cherry fruit(Pruasus avium L.cv.Van) by controlling atmosphere(CA) and modified atmosphere(MA) portable box is introduced in this paper.Results showed that the percent of good fruit treated with CA and MA individually was 96.2% and 96.3% during storage of 60 d,which were 103% or 103.2% higher than that in control,respectively,and after shelf-life of 24 h,was 95.4% and 94.6%,respectively.The color and taste of sweet cherry fruit stored in CA or MA box were kept well in contrast to control.This method is safety and available to storage of sweet cherry.
