High Speed Data Acquisition System for the Current of Window Lifter Motor on LabVIEW

摘要 利用电流信号对车窗电机进行故障诊断的前提是采集可靠的电流信号,因此选择NI数据采集卡、霍尔电流传感器、信号调理电路作为硬件系统,以Lab VIEW为软件平台,设计开发车窗电机电流采集系统,并完成系统测试。测试结果表明:系统运行稳定,实时性好,数据准确可靠,实现了电流信号高速采集,为车窗电机故障诊断提供了可靠数据来源。 In order to serve the demand of fault diagnosis of window motor based on motor current fluctuation signal, this paper used NI data acquisition card, Hall current sensor,signal conditioning circuit as the hardware system to design a current ac- quisition system based on LabVIEW. The experimental results indicate that the system is stable, real-time and accurate. It achieves the high speed acquisition of current signal and provides the reliable data for fault diagnosis of window lifter motor.
