摘要
在大学生职业生涯规划中,导师具有如下作用:一是行业性的指导,可以激发学生职业规划意识;二是个性化的指导,引导学生自我评估;三是专业化的指导,启迪学生分析职业环境;四是职业理想的指导,引领学生树立奋斗目标;五是社会实践的指导,使学生获取职业经验;六是职业资格应试的指导,培养学生职业技能;七是反馈评估的指导,促使学生完善规划方案;八是开展毕业生的跟踪调查,继续指导职业生涯规划。
A course instructor has the following role in college students＂ career planning： 1. their industry- based guidance can motivate the students＂ awareness of career planning~ 2. their individualized guidance can guide students to have self-assessment 3. their professional guidance can inspire students to analyze the occupational environment 4. their guidance on professional ideal can lead the students to set goals 5. their guidance on social practice can make the students gain professional experience 6. their guidance on the exams of professional qualification certificates develops students＂ vocational skills7. their guidance on the feedback assessment prompts students to adjust and improve the planning 8. carry out the follow-up survey of graduates and continue to guide their career planning.
