摘要
高职毕业生就业中一方面存在专业不对口、质量不高的现象,另一方面短期内跳槽现象也十分严重。究其原因,主要是高职学生职业生涯规划教育相对滞后,对职业、就业和学业三者关系理解不透,导致其职业目标不明、学业不精、择业不准。班导师制可从专业性、行业化、个体式及实践体验多角度进行学生职业生涯规划指导,以促进其就业质量。
The phenomenon for higher vocational graduates existed in: professional mismatch or lower quality and serious job hopping. Career planning education still lags behind and understands vaguely the relationship during occupation, employment and academic, which resulted in unclear career goals, poor academic and inaccurate career choice. Homer-room teacher system will advance the employment quality through instructing career planning for students from the aspects of professional, industry,individual and practical experience.
