摘要
花粉含有人类所需的各种营养成分 ,具有较高的营养和保健价值。因为花粉外壁含有由胡萝卜素和类胡萝卜素酯组成的对物理、化学及酶稳定的花粉素 ,故影响对花粉的深加工。本文报道经长期研究的蛋清破花粉壁的方法 ,以微球菌 ( M.lysodeikticus)为对照 ,发现花粉外壁含有肽聚糖 ,不但为研究花粉破壁方法提供了依据 ,而且能用于多种花粉产品的生产。
Pollen contains many kinds of nutrient components needed by the human race and has higher nutritional and nealthy valuables.Because there is pollenin that is composed of carotene and carotenor desto and is stable to physics、chemistry and enzyme,in the outsider of pollen,the further processing of pollen is affected.This article deals with the method of pollen wall broken by egg white.This method was concluded from long time studies.In contrast with Micrococcus lysodeikticus 634,we discoved the peptideglycan in pollem outer wall.This not only provided the bases for studying on the method of pollen broken,but also was able to use in the production of many pollen products.
