摘要
目的了解温州市城乡大学新生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、婚前性行为现状及所持态度,为制定具有针对性的艾滋病预防策略措施提供依据。方法采用问卷形式对373名温州市大学新生进行调查,使用EpiData 3.1软件录入数据,运用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析,率的比较采用卡方检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果农村女生中,认为艾滋病患者不应被隔离和反对婚前性行为的分别占66.0%和63.8%,均高于城市女生;而认为艾滋病离大学生不远、性交时会采取避孕的分别占63.8%和65.9%,均少于城镇女生;有过接吻、拥抱、爱抚行为的城镇男生分别为43.9%、61.5%和41.5%,高于乡村男生;表示接受过艾滋病方面知识的城镇学生为62.5%,明显高于农村学生(46.4%),以上结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视农村艾滋病宣教工作,开展与性教育相结合的大学生艾滋病健康教育,使其成为预防和控制艾滋病的主力军。
Objective To investigate the AIDS related knowledge,attitude and premarital sexual behavior among college freshmen,and provide appropriate HIV prevention strategies and measures for college and high school students.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among the freshmen of a college in Wenzhou.Data were entered into EpiData 3.1 system and analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results The study had 373 college freshmen(male:153;female: 220),181 and 192 of which came from rural and urban areas respectively.Female students from rural areas had higher proportions against quarantine of HIV carriers and premarital sexual activities than female students from urban areas(66% vs 48%,63.8% vs 48.4%,respectively)(P〈0.05).There were lower proportions of female students from rural areas who believed the close risk of AIDS to college students and would like to adopt contraception for intercourse than those from urban areas(63.8% vs 77.6%,65.9% vs 80.6%)(P〈0.05).The proportions of students with kiss,hug and caress experiences were higher in urban boys(43.9%,61.5% and 41.5%,respectively) than the proportions in rural boys(24.1%,40.2% and 17.4%,respectively)(P〈0.05).The proportion of students who had the education of AIDS related knowledge(62.5%) was also higher in urban areas than that of students in rural areas(46.4%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The education projects of HIV/AIDS related knowledge in high school and college should put additional effort on students from rural areas.
