摘要
目的分析武汉市高校低年级大学生艾滋病相关知识态度情况及行为影响因素,为开展青年学生艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,以武汉市9所高校2014—2015年入学的908名大学生为研究对象,利用问卷调查法收集数据,使用χ2检验和Logistic回归进行统计学分析。结果武汉市高校低年级大学生艾滋病知识知晓率为66.1%,对艾滋病感到恐惧的占66.6%,艾滋病反歧视与同情分值较低的占49.1%,赞成婚前性行为的占39.1%,性别(OR=1.662)、民族(OR=0.449)、恋爱经历(OR=2.224)、艾滋病恐惧感(OR=1.707)、婚前性行为态度(OR=3.739)是认为周围同学是否有婚前性行为的影响因素。居住地(OR=1.569)、艾滋病防治知识知晓(OR=0.407)、艾滋病距离感(OR=0.630)、婚前性行为态度(OR=0.664)是安全套使用意愿的影响因素。结论高校低年级大学生艾滋病知识知晓率较低,对艾滋病感染者存在一定程度歧视,赞成婚前性行为的大学生有更低的安全套使用意愿,更可能认为周围同学有婚前性行为的发生,且更可能发生艾滋病高危行为,需要整合性和艾滋病宣教开展形式多样的有效干预。
Objective To analysis HIV/AIDS related knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and influencing factors among lower grade college students in Wuhau City, and provide scientific evidence for health education among young students. Methods A self-questionnaire survey was conducted among 908 students who entered college in 2014 and 2015 in 9 colleges by using convenience sampling method. Statistics analysis were performed by chi-square test and logistics regression. Results The HIV/AIDS awareness rate of lower grade college students was 66. 1% , 66. 6% of them had fear of AIDS, 49. 1% of them had lower score of anti-discrimination and compassion, 39. 1% of them agreed with premarital sex. The influencing factors of awareness of premarital sex among classmates were gender ( OR = 1. 662 ) , nationality ( OR = 0. 449 ), love experience ( OR = 2. 224 ), fear of AIDS ( OR = 1.707), attitude to premarital sex ( OR = 3. 739 ). The influencing factors of condom use intention were residence ( OR = 1. 569 ), HIV/AIDS awareness ( OR = 0. 407 ), AIDS distance perception ( OR = 0. 630 ), attitude topremarital sex ( OR = 0. 664 ). Conclusion The lower grade college students had lower HIV/AIDS awareness rate with a certain degree of discrimination to people living with HIV/AIDS. The students who agreed with premarital sex had lower condom use intentionand more acceptance of existence among classmates, and greater likelihood of AIDS high-risk behavior. It needs to carry out effective interventions integrated sex education and AIDS prevention education for young students.
