摘要
目的为了解大学期间允许结婚后大学生的性健康知识及其对新规定出台后的反应,为进行有针对性的性健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取在校大学生298人,调查问卷查阅大量文献后自行设计,对调查对象进行统一问卷调查,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果当前大学生对婚前性行为可能引起的严重后果缺乏考虑和了解;在性知识的来源途径中,学校教育排在第3位;89.0%的学生认为在大学中开展性健康教育是非常必要的;不少同学在性心理方面表示困惑;90.0%的学生对我国的性教育评价为保守;有52.0%的同学不赞成大学期间允许结婚的规定。结论当前大学生性知识比较缺乏,对性心理方面存在困惑也比较多,在大学期间允许结婚的规定下发后,更应该加强对大学生的性健康教育。
Objective With a purpose of comprehending the sexual knowledge of the college students and their reactions to the new law concerning their marriage as well as accordingly providing foundations for the sexual health education, this paper made a study on the matter. Methods 298 students were selected by random sampling to participate this questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. Results College students were lack of consideration and understanding of the possible consequences caused by the premarital sexual behavior. School education ranked in the third place in the resource of sexual knowledge. 89.0% college students thought it necessary to carry on sexual health education. Many students showed their confusions in the aspect of sexual psychology. 90.0% students thought that the sexual education in China was too conservative. 52.0% students were against the lifting of the ban. Conclusion The college students lack of relevant sexual knowledge, and there are many problerns in mental health education, therefore, we should improve the .sexual health education of college students after the law becomes effective.
