摘要
对中空纤维超滤器生产大豆分离蛋白的工艺进行了全面而系统的研究。在研究超过滤机理的基础上，分析了影响超滤膜透水率的主要因素为超滤 膜的材料、结构及其物化性质，料液的浓度、温度、流速、ｐ Ｈ 值和操作压力等，进而通过正交试验研究了各操作参数对透水率的影响，最后提出了超滤膜污染预防及解决措施。
Based on the mechanism of ultra filtration,main factros affecting the penetration flux of water,such as materials,structure and physico-chemical properties of UF membrames,concentration temperature and pH of the soybean protein solution and operating pressure were studied via the orthogonal tests.The fouling and cleaning of the UF membrane are introduced.
