摘要 交联聚乙烯(XLPE)结晶形态影响着电树老化性能和电压击穿性能。以不同交联温度和交联时间制成的XLPE薄片为试样,测试了相应试样结晶度变化的特点,观察了试样的结晶形态,分析了交联温度和交联时间对结晶过程的影响。结果表明,交联程度和交联剂过氧化二异丙苯分解产生的副产物对XLPE结晶形态构成影响,过度交联不利于XLPE晶粒的均匀分布和结晶形态的规整。 XLPE films were employed as test samples to investigate the effect of cross-linking temperature and time on crystal morphology.The samples were cross-linked with LDPE by adding DCP as cross-linking agent at different cross-linking temperature and time.The crystallinity as well as crystal morphology was measured by means of DSC method and microscopy,respectively.Obtained results reveal the dependence of crystal behavior upon the cross-linking temperature.It is suggested that cross-linking reaction of XLPE molecular chain and thermal decomposition of DCP could be primary candidates that lead to variation of the behavior.
