摘要
根据多官能团单体在PVC辐射交联过程中的消耗速度和PVC的溶胶分子量及其分子量分布在辐射交联过程中的变化,探讨了PVC辐射交联的机理及其力学性能和热稳定性的变化。用ESR谱解释了交联PVC中自由基在老化后的消失情况。
In this paper the mechanism of radiation crosslinking of polyvlnyl chloride (PVC) and its changes of mechanical properties and thermostability have been discussed based on the changes of residual unsaturation of polyfunctional monomer and molecular weight of PVC sol during the radiation crosslinking of PVC.The disappearance of trapped free radicals in the XLPVC after aging has been explained by ESR spectrum.
