摘要
根据硅烷交联的反应机理,研制了硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料,提出并解决了该材料在交联电缆制造中的挤出工艺、耐电压等级提高等问题,确定了硅烷交联电缆的制造工艺,指出了其具有的优良电气性能、机械性能及生产成本低等优点.
According to the reaction mechanism of the silane crosslinking, the insulation materi-al of the silane crosslinking polyethylene cable is developed. The major problems in itsapplication of the crosslinding cable is put forward and solved. The manufacture technology ofthe silane crosslinking ployethylene cables is defined, and its excellent eleCtrical, mechanical func-tion and econoforcal cost of the manufacture are pointed out.
