摘要
为研究硫化体系对三元乙丙胶性能的影响,分别对比分析了不同过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量和N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)含量对三元乙丙胶硫化性能、力学性能以及电性能的影响。结果表明:随着DCP和HVA-2含量的增加,三元乙丙胶的硫化速度和拉伸强度逐渐增大,而断裂伸长率和击穿强度逐渐降低;在硫化过程中DCP起主导作用,HVA-2起促进作用。
To study the effect of vulcanization system on the properties of ethylene propylene diene mono- mer(EPDM), the effects of dicumyl peroxide(DCP) content and N,N'-meta-phenylene-bis-maleimide(HVA-2) content on the vulcanizing properties, mechanical properties and electrical properties of the EPDM were compared. The results show that with the increase of DCP and HVA-2 content, the curing rate and ten- sile strength of the EPDM increase, and the elongation at break and breakdown strength decrease.
