摘要
目的探讨颌间牵引,金属丝骨间内固定与小钛板坚强内固定三种术式在治疗下颌骨骨折中的优缺点并分析。方法 60例下颌骨折患者采用颌间牵引复位固定,58例下颌骨折采用金属丝骨间内固定并颌间牵引复位固定,57例下颌骨折患者采用小钛板坚强内固定。结果 60例颌间牵引患者中37例愈合情况好;58例金属丝骨间内固定患者中42例情况愈合好;57例小钛板坚强内固定均愈合情况好,疗效满意三种治疗方法治愈率分别为60%、72%、100%。结论小钛板坚强内固定在治疗下颌骨骨折中疗效优于金属丝骨间内固定,明显优于颌间牵引复位固定。
Objective The comparison of intermaxillary elastic traction,steel wire internal fixation and miniplate rigid internal fixation （MRIF） in treatment of patients with mandible fractures was carried out in this study.Methods There were 60 cases of mandible fractures treated with intermaxillary elastic traction,58 cases with steel wire internal fixation and 57 cases with miniplate rigid internal fixation.Results 37 of 60 cases of mandible fractures were healed by intermaxillary elastictraction,42 of 58 cases were healed by steel wire internal fixation and all 57 cases were healed by miniplate rigid internall fixation,and the curative rates of these 3 procedures were 60%,72% and 100% respectively.Conclusion The miniplate rigid internal fixation（MRIF） is the best method in these 3 procedures in treatment of patients with mandible fractures.
