摘要
目的:探讨和总结下颌骨骨折的治疗方法和经验方法:对我科收治的120例下颌骨骨折采用钛板坚固内固定术,术后1、3、6个月随访,检查颌面部形态、咬合关系、面神经功能、骨折对位及愈合情况结果:120例下颌骨骨折术后面部形态良好,咬合关系恢复至伤前状态5例感染,10例面神经暂时性损伤,2例咬合干扰结论:钛板坚固内固定术疗效可靠.操作简便.
Objective：To discuss and summarize the experience in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Method：120 patients with mandibular fractures registered in our department were fixed using titanium rigid internal fixation plate,who and were followed up at 1,3,6 months.Results：All 120 patients after this treatment showed well-shaped face contour occlusal relations were recovered as before.5 of them were infected,and 10 suffered temporary facial nerve injury.2 had biting disturbance.Conclusion：Applying titanium rigid internal fixation plate is a reliable treatment,of which the operation is simple and the method is considered to be the best one currently.
