摘要
目的研究舌下腺组织瓣在舌侧缘缺损修复中的应用效果。方法总结6例应用舌下腺组织瓣修复舌侧缘肿瘤等病灶切除后组织缺损临床资料,观察舌下腺组织瓣的愈合过程及修复效果。结果6例患者舌下腺组织瓣均愈合良好,术后1周舌下腺组织出现水肿,表面有伪膜覆盖,2周后水肿逐渐消退,伪膜逐渐消失,舌下腺表面逐渐上皮化。术后2月复查,再生的黏膜光滑,与周围正常的黏膜无明显界限。结论舌下腺组织瓣对于舌侧缘缺损修复提供了一种便利、良好的修复方法。
Objective To study the clinical application of the sublingual gland as pedicled graft to repair lingual margin defects. Methods Sum up the effects of the sublingual gland as pedicled graft to repair lingual margin defects caused by different reasons in 6 patients. The healing process and repairing effect of the sublingual gland were analyzed retrospectively. Results The transplanted sublingual gland had good healing in 6 patients, the sublingual gland became edematous and there was a layer of pseudomembrane in the surface of the sublingual gland in the first week after operation. The pseudomembrane disappeared gradually and edematous disappeared gradually two weeks after operation, the surface of the sublingual gland had epithelial metaplasia and there was new epithelium formed. Two months after operation, the regenerated epithelium became smooth, and it was very similar to normal mucosa. Conclusion The sublingual gland provides a convenient and good way for the reconstruction of lingual margin defects.
