摘要
目的探讨小型钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的46例下颌骨骨折患者,随机均分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用颌间牵引复位固定治疗,实验组采用小型钛板坚强内固定治疗。通过临床检查和X线检查比较两组临床疗效差异。结果术后3个月评价两组临床疗效,对照组患者中优43.48%(10/23),良21.74%(5/23),差34.78%(8/23);实验组患者中优82.6%(19/23),良13.0%(3/23),差4.3%(1/23)。实验组患者优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小型钛板坚强内固定治疗,对于下颌骨骨折安全有效,明显优于颌间牵引复位固定,值得临床广泛推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of small rigid internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture. Methods 46 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was received intermaxillary traction fixation.The experimental group was received small rigid internal fixation.The clinical efficacy by clinical examination and X-ray examination of two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of 3 months after surgery were evaluated.The control group were 30.4% excellent（7/23）,43.5% good（10/23）,26.1% poor（6/23）.The experimental group were 82.6% excellent（19/23）,13.0% good（3/23）,4.3% p0or（1/23）. Clinical efficacy of experimental group was significantly better than control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Small rigid internal fixation for mandibular fractures is safe and effective, which significantly better traction intermaxillary fixation.It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
