摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对黑龙江省高职院校体育教师队伍的现状进行了全面、细致、深入的调查研究。研究结果表明,当前黑龙江省高职院校体育教师队伍存在着学历、职称明显偏低、年龄结构基本合理、专业结构不均衡、学缘结构单一、培训进修的机会和次数严重不足的现象,所以提出了提升高职院校体育教师队伍整体水平的发展对策。
