摘要
2002年8月,教育部正式颁布实施新《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)。《纲要》对高校体育课程的性质、目标、结构、内容与方法等要素提出了全新的理念,从而对今后一段时期的高校体育课程建设提出了新的要求。文章对内蒙古13所高职院校实施《纲要》的教师队伍状况进行分析,总结内蒙古高职院校体育课程改革过程中在教师队伍的建设过程中的成功经验与不足,研究其发展对策,为内蒙古高职院校更好的贯彻实施新《纲要》中的教师队伍的建设提供参考与依据。
In August,2002,the Education Ministry promulgated and carried out the Compendium of National College PE Curriculum(short for Compendium).The Compendium puts forward brand-new concepts from the aspects of the nature,the objectives,the structure,the content and methods of college PE curriculum.This paper analyses the situation of PE teachers'from 13 vocational colleges after the implementation of the Compendium,summarizes the successful experiences and weaknesses in reformation,studies the developing countermeasures in expectation to provide reference and evidence for Inner Mongolia vocational colleges to better implement the construction of teacher's team.
