摘要
综合运用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法，对我国部分普通高校青年体育教师队伍的现状进行了调查和分析研究。结果表明，目前我国普通高校青年体育教师存在着人数多、比例大、学历层次低、职称低、思想不稳定、流失较严重、业务能力发展不均衡等问题。针对存在的问题提出了青年体育教师队伍建设的对策和措施。
By synthetically applying research methods of literature, investigation and visiting the present situation of young physical education teachers in Chinese general institutions of higher learning was investigated, analyzed and studied. The results indicated that there were problems of young teachers in those universities and colleges. The number of young teachers was large. The proportion of them to the teachers was high. The level of their educational background and their professional title was low. Their thoughts were unstable. The running off young teachers were more. And their professional ability development was unbalanced. Thus, some countermeasures to deal with these problems were put forward for the construction of the young physical education teacher ranks.
