摘要
运用文献资料研究法等，对我国高校体育教育专业师资队伍状况进行研究，结果表明：体育院（系）教师在50岁年龄段有一个十分明显的断层，教师状况的显著特点是高学历者比例较低而职称相对较高，65％的教授将在5年内退休，学科教师亲缘结构合理，本科教师亲缘结构单一。大力引进博士、硕士，鼓励年轻教师攻读学位代化教授队伍结构，注重多从外校引进高水平的术科教师是提高高等学校体育教育专业教师水平的最重要途径。
The present situation of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in China was studies based on social investigation and documentation research. The results show that there is an obvious short of PE teachers of fifties years old in China. It is featured that the proportion of teachers with high academic degrees is low while the proportion with professional degrees is comparatively high, and 65% of the professors will retire in the next five years. Therefore it is important to introduce more teachers with Master's or Doctor's degree on the one hand and encourage young teachers to get higher academic degree on the other hand in order to optimize the structure of PE teachers in China.
