摘要
实验研究了蛭石引发处理和蛭石引发加激素处理对‘特耐热二白皮'和‘碧绿青'莴苣(L.sativa var.angustana Irish.)种子在28℃下发芽特性及保护酶活性的影响。经过引发处理和蛭石引发加激素处理的莴苣种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗干鲜重及保护酶活性均显著高于对照,蛭石引发加激素处理种子的发芽率高于单纯的蛭石引发,差异达到显著水平,不同的品种引发效果存在差异。以上结果表明,蛭石引发可以减轻莴苣种子的高温休眠,促进种子萌发的作用显著,而蛭石引发加激素处理可以打破莴苣种子的高温休眠。
The seeds of 'Special heat-resistant er bai pi' and 'Bi lv qing' were used as test materials,and the effects of priming treatment with vermiculite and hormone were studied on the seed germination under 28℃.The results showed that after priming treatment of the seed with vermiculite and osmotic priming with hormone the germination rate,germination energy,the fresh and dry weights of seedlings and the activities of protective were significantly higher than those of control.Different varieties led to differences caused effect,and the vermiculite with hormonehe was better than the only vermiculite.Lettuce seed has an obvious phenomenon of thermodormancy.The above results indicated that priming treatment with vermiculite could reduce thermodormancy of the lettuce seed,and the vermiculite treatment can significantly promote the seed germination,and the priming treatment with vermiculite and hormone could breaking thermodormancy of the lettuce seed.
