蛭石引发对低温下不结球白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:9

Effects of priming treatment with vermiculite on pakchoi seed germination and seedling growth under low temperature

摘要 研究了蛭石引发处理对‘新矮青'、‘新夏青二号'、‘夏冬青'和‘华王'不结球白菜种子在不同温度下发芽特性和幼苗抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明:蛭石引发处理后,不结球白菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗干鲜重、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均高于对照;膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量降低;可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量均显著高于对照,不同品种的引发效果存在差异。以上结果显示,蛭石引发提高了不结球白菜种子的活力并增强了幼苗的耐低温性。 The seeds of 4 pakchoi cultivars--' Xin Aiqing', 'Xin Xiaqing 2', 'Xia Dongqing', 'Huawang' --were used as test materials, and the effects of priming treatment with vermiculite on both seed germination and seedlings' physiological characters were studied under different tempera- tures. The results showed that after the priming treatment the germination rate, germination vigor, germination index and vitality index of seeds were higher than those of the control, and the priming treatment also significantly improved the fresh and dry seedling weights and the activities of superox- ide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) of seedlings but decreased the content of malondiadehyde(MDA) ,resulting in that the soluble protein and soluble sugar contents of the seed- lings were significantly higher than those of the control though there were some differences in the priming effect on different cultivars. From the above results it was concluded that priming treatment with vermiculite could improve both seed vigor and low temperature tolerance of the seedlings.
