摘要
对无芒隐子草和条叶车前种子休眠特性和破除休眠的方法进行了研究。结果表明,35/20℃变温可有效破除无芒隐子草种子的休眠,20℃恒温条件下,0.02%,0.05%和0.10%GA3都可有效破除条叶车前种子的休眠,二者休眠均属于胚休眠类型;而25/10,25/15,30/20,40/20和50/20℃变温都不能破除无芒隐子草种子休眠;20/10,25/10,25/15和30/20℃变温,0.2%KNO3和60%,70%,80%,90%H2SO4浸泡处理均不能破除条叶车前种子休眠。0.02%GA3处理不同时段的条叶车前种子а 淀粉酶活性均高于对照,其中以培养24h相差最大,为对照的11.3倍。GA3诱导条叶车前种子大量萌发前48h出现а 淀粉酶活性高峰,而对照出现在大量萌发前108h。无芒隐子草和条叶车前标准发芽初次统计时间分别在第3和第3天,末次统计时间应分别在第10和第8天。
s: Dormancy characteristics of Cleistogenes songorica and Plantago lessingii seed and some methods for breaking it were studied in this paper. Results showed that some seeds of C. songorica and P. lessingii were in dormancy. Dormancy of C. songorica seed could be removed effectively by using alternative temperature of 35/20℃, but could not by 25/10,25/15,30/20,40/20 and 50/20℃. For P. lessingii seed, its dormancy could be removed completely by moistening germination paper with 0.02%,0.05% ,0.1% GA_3 solution ,but could not by ways including:alternative temperatures 20/10,25/10,25/15 and 30/20℃,moistening germination paper with 0.2% KNO_3 solution, and with 60%,70%,80%,90% H_2SO_4 soaked the seeds for 5 min, respectively. Dormancy of two species was embryo-dormancy type. а-amylase activity in P. lessingii seeds treated with 0.02% GA_3 solution in different hours was higher than that of CK. Among them, the most difference appeared at 24th h, and а-amylase activity induced by 0.02% GA_3 solution was 11.3 times as many as that of CK. Before most seeds germinate, а-amylase activity induced by 0.02% GA_3 solution reached top at 24th h, but which of CK happened at 12th h. The first and final counting time for standard germination testing of C. songorica seed was the 3rd and the 10th day, and the 3rd and the 8th day for P. lessingii seed, respectively.
