摘要
【目的】探讨心理干预对复发性尖锐湿疣（CA）患者T淋巴细胞亚群和疾病复发的影响。【方法】选择复发性CA患者84例（A纽）和正常对照组80例（B组），比较两组采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查的心理健康状况和采用间接免疫荧光法检测的T淋巴细胞亚群差异；A组随机分为常规治疗组（A1）42例和心理干预组（A2）42例，比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的差异。【结果】A组躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性等因子得分均明显高于B组（P〈0．01），A组CD4＋细胞百分比及CD4＋／CD8＋细胞比值显著低于B组（P〈0．05），CD8＋细胞百分比明显高于B组（P〈0．05）；心理干预治疗可使T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标恢复，治愈率也明显提高（P〈0．05）。【结论】复发性CA患者存在较严重的心理问题和细胞免疫缺陷，心理于预治疗可提高患者免疫力，降低复发率。
[Objective] To explore the effect of psychotherapy on T-lymphocyte subsets and relapse in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum（CA）. [Methods] Totally 84 patients with recurrent CA（Group A） and 80 healthy controls（Group B） were ehosen. The mental health conditions assessed by using symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） and T-lymphocyte subsets measured by indirect immunofluorescence were compared be tween two groups. Group A were randomly divided into conventional therapy group（Group A1） and psycho therapy group（Group A2） with 42 in each. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were compared before and after treatment. [Results] The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychosis in group A were higher significantly than those in Group B（ P 〈0.01）. The percent of CD4＋ and the ratio of CD4＋ /CD8＋ in group A were lower significantly than those in group B（ P〈0.05）, but the percent of. CD8＋ in group A was obviously higher than that in group 13（ P 〈0.05）. Psyehotherapy could promote the recovery in the above indicators of T-lymphoeyte subsets and increase the curative rate（ P 〈0.05）. [Conelusion]The patients with recurrent CA have severe mental problems and cellular immune defect. Psychotherapy can obviously improve the cellular im munity and decrease the relapse rate.
