摘要
目的了解性病门诊尖锐湿疣患者的心理健康状况,探索健康教育对预后的影响。方法将前来门诊就诊的153例尖锐湿疣患者分为两组,观察组为主动要求做心理咨询及健康指导的尖锐湿疣患者,对照组为不接受心理咨询和健康教育、仅做常规治疗和告知注意事项的尖锐湿疣患者,由具有专业知识的医护人员对观察组患者(求询者)进行问卷调查,同时向求询者强调保密和知情同意原则,采用一对一咨询方法,治疗后进行半年随访,观察健康教育对预后的影响。结果观察组主要表现的心理问题是惊恐沮丧,忧郁绝望和强迫心理。共有153例患者完成治疗后半年随访,治疗后复发率观察组为25%(18/75),对照组为43%(33/78),统计学具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在尖锐湿疣患者的诊疗过程中,做好心理护理和健康教育,有利于提高患者对本病的认知水平,对疾病的预后具有重大影响。
Objective To find out the mental health condition of condyloma patients and search for the effect of health education on prognosis.Methods 153 cases of condyloma patients were divided into two groups,the observation group for condyloma patients,taking the initiative to ask to do psychological counseling and health guidance.The control group did not receive psychologica counseling and health education,and only received conventional treatment and the matters needing attention.Professional experts conducted a questionnaire survey in the observation group patients（those who seek consultation）at the same time stressed the principle of confidentiality and informed consent,using the one-on-one method of consultation,semi-annual follow-up after treatment,observation of health education on prognosis.Results The mainly psychological problem of observation group was panic frustration,depression,despair and forced psychological.A total of 153 patients completed six months follow-up after treatment,the relapse rate after treatment the observation group was 25%（18/75）,thecontrol group was 43%（33/78）,statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions For patients with Condyloma process,good psychological care and health education will help improve patients,awareness level of the disease and impact significantly on the prognosis of the disease.
