摘要
目的 : 为研究尖锐湿疣患者的细胞免疫状态 ,并为免疫治疗提供依据。方法 : 采用间接免疫荧光法和ELISA法分别对 36例尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者及 2 0例正常人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白细胞介素 - 2 (IL 2 )水平进行了检测。结果 : CA患者与正常人比较 ,其外周血中CD4+ 细胞百分比及CD4+ /CD8+ 细胞比值降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD8+ 细胞百分比升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清IL 2水平降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CA患者存在细胞免疫缺陷 ,此可能是CA发生与复发的重要原因之一 。
Objective:To determine cell immunologic status of patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) and provide theoretical basis for immunotherapy.Methods:T lymphocyte subpopulation of peripheral blood was determined by indirect immunofloresence and the level of serium IL 2 was measured with ELISA in 36 patients with CA and 20 normal controls.Results:Decrease of CD4 + cells percentage and CD4 +/CD8 + cell ratio(P<0.05), and increase of CD8 + cells percentage were found (P<0.05), and the serum IL 2 level were lower (P<0.05) in patients with CA. Conclusion :Cellular immunity may be impaired in CA patients, and probably is one of important causes of occurence and recurrence of CA.This study provides theoretical and experimental basis for CA immunotherapy.
