摘要
研究了采用酸水解法测定南瓜中的多糖含量,用样品水解液滴定碱性酒石酸铜(甲液、乙液),根据消耗水解液的毫升数计算出多糖含量.实验表明,测定结果同标准法基本相符,RSD1#=2.72%,RSD2#=2.86%,可以作为南瓜多糖测定的准确方法.
The thesis studies on using acid hydrolysis to measure the polysaccharide content in pumpkin.According to the experiment results,the polysaccharide content can be determined by using hydrolysates to titrate the basic copper tartrate solution(No.1 solution and No.2 solution) and figuring out the polysaccharide content based on the wastage of the hydrolysates.The results almost tally with that determined by standard way which is RSD1#= 2.72%,RSD2#= 2.86%.Therefore,it can be used as an exact way to measure the polysaccharide content.
