摘要
从列当科植物肉苁蓉 Ｃｉｓｔａｎｃｈｅ ｄｅｓｅｒｔｉｃｏｌａ中分得１０个化合物，通过理化常数、光谱数据及Ｘ－衍射分别鉴定为苁蓉素（Ⅰ）、梓醇（Ⅱ）、丁香苷（Ⅲ）、红景天苷（Ⅳ）、２，５－二氧－４－咪唑烷基－氨基甲酸（Ⅴ）、甘露醇（Ⅵ）、硬脂酸（Ⅶ）、β－谷甾醇（Ⅷ）、胡萝卜苷（Ⅸ）和甜菜碱（Ⅹ）。其中Ｖ为新的天然产物，Ⅱ为首次从本属植物中分得。Ｉ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该种植物中分得。
Ten compounds were isolated from Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma. On the basis of chemical evidences, spectral analysis and X-ray diffraction, they were identified as cistanin (Ⅰ ), catalpol (Ⅱ ), syringin (Ⅲ ), salidroside (Ⅳ ), 2, 5 -dioxo-- 4- imidazolidinyl --carbamic acid (Ⅴ ), D--mannito1 (Ⅵ ), stearic acid (Ⅶ ), B-sitosterol (Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ ) and betaine (Ⅹ ). V was isolated as a natural product for the first time, Ⅱ was isolated from this genus for the first time, and Ⅰ, Ⅲ and N were isolated from this plant for the first time.
