摘要
该文主要论述了大枣中提取物“多糖”的测定方法,并对多糖的测定结果的影响因素进行了分析和探讨。该方法简洁、方便、可行,具有合理性、代表性,可以作为多糖测定的准确方法。
This paper gives an introduction to a new measurement by extracting amylase from of the date. The method is mainly focused on the comparison between the newly- invented and the ordinary, which proves its convenience, conciseness and feasibility, and the influential factors and consequence are further discussed.
