摘要
通过人工添加中华蜜蜂王浆来培育江山2号与法国意蜂的杂交蜂王,并测定江山2号、中华蜜蜂、营养杂交子一代及子四代抗螨性能和卫生行为能力指标。结果表明:营养杂交蜂群抗螨性均显著高于亲本江山2号,工蜂卫生行为能力也显著高于江山2号,且随营养杂交代数的增加,蜂群的抗螨性也显著增强。
Hybridized queens were bred from Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 and French Apis mellifera ligustica by the technology of artificially feeding royal jelly of Apis cerana cerana. Then the resistibility against mite and hygienic behavior of Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2,Apis cerana cerana,the first and forth genernations of nutritional crossbreed colony were measured. The results showed that the resistibility against mite and hygienic behavior ability of hybridizing offspring bees were significantly stronger than that of Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2. The resistibility against mite of 4 consecutive hybrid offsprings of Apis mellifera ligustica is obviously stronger than that of the previous genernations.
