摘要
以中华蜜蜂(ApisceranaceranaFabricius)和意大利蜜蜂(ApismelliferaligusticaSpinola)为实验材料,用中华蜜蜂蜂王浆饲喂意大利蜜蜂幼虫,进行中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂营养杂交,然后检测营养杂交亲本意蜂蜂群、杂交子1代意蜂蜂群和杂交子2代意蜂蜂群的蜂螨自然寄生率;同时采用人为转接蜂螨技术,检测实验蜂群的抗螨力。结果表明:亲本意蜂群与营养杂交子代抗螨力都存在显著差异(P<0.01),营养杂交子代的抗螨力得到显著提高;但营养杂交子1代和营养杂交子2代之间差异不显著(P(0.05)。
The experiments were conducted with Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera Ligustica. In the experiment, hybridization between Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica was realized by feeding the larva of the Apis cerana cerana with the royal jelly of Apis cerana cerana. Then the parasitical rate of natural mite was detected. At the same time, the mite was propagated by means of artificial mite transference, and the resistibility against the mite was detected too. The result showed the resistibility against the mite was significantly different (P 〈 0.01 ) between the hybrid offspring colonies and the parent colonies, and the resistibility of the offsprings was increased. But there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in the resistibility among the hybrid generations.
