摘要
采用牛津杯管碟法,对40种植物丙酮提取液对指状青霉和意大利青霉的抑菌活性进行测定。通过试验,分别筛选出11种对指状青霉和10种对意大利青霉有抑制作用的植物提取液,其中凤仙透骨草、广藿香、青蒿、乌梅、赤芍、水菖蒲、甘草、羌活8种提取液对指状青霉和意大利青霉都具有抑制作用。用二倍稀释法测定8种提取液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),为柑桔类果实天然保鲜剂的开发提供理论依据。
Antifungal activity of 40 plant acetone extracts against blue and green mould of citric fruits caused by P. digitatum and P. italicum respectively were screened. The antifungal activity was determined by Oxford plate assay system. A total of 11 and 10 plant extracts showed antifungal effects on P. digitatum and P. italicum,respectively. The extracts of Impatiens balsamina L.,Prunus mume,Acorus calamus L.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth,Artemisia earuifolia Buch,Notopterygium incisum Ting showed strong inhibition on both Penicillium species and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of them was determined with the double dilution method. Therefore,the 8 plants could be recommended as potential source of ecofriendly antistaling agents for citric fruits after long term and wide ranging trials.
