摘要
用虎耳草科7种植物3种溶剂的21种提取物对7种真菌的室内毒力测定结果表明,茶子(Ribesmaximowiczianum)的二氯甲烷提取物杀菌活性最强,对蕃茄早疫病菌菌丝生长有效中浓度(Ec50)为763μg/ml;对玉米小斑病菌的孢子萌发Ec50为1107μg/ml。茶子的石油醚提取物和二氯甲烷提取物对盆栽防治黄瓜霜霉病的保护效果分别为71.36%和58.61%;对盆栽烟草花叶病毒的效果分别为51.74%和64.23%。上述结果说明,茶子中含有高活性的抑菌。
The bioassay of 21 extracts from 7 saxifragaceae plants against 7 fungus species has been carried out in 1994~1995. The results showed that the methylene chloride extract of Ribes maximowiczianum was the most active one in the tested samples, Ec50 was 763 μg/ml for inhibiting the growth of the hyphae of Alternaria solani , 1 107 μg/ml for inhibiting the germination of the spores of Bipolaris maydis. The results of the pot tests also showed that the protective efficacy of the methylene chloride extract and the petroleum ether extract was 58.61% and 71.36% respectively against the cucumber mildew disease, was 64.23% and 51.74% respectively against the TMV. These results indicated that Ribes maximowiczianum might contain compounds with high fungicidal activity.
