摘要
研究用80%乙醇对95种植物材料粉末进行提取,得到提取物母液。利用PDA培养基将提取物母液稀释100倍,采用生长速率法测试提取物对番茄灰霉病菌的室内抑菌作用。在供试的95种植物材料中,有20种植物材料的提取物对番茄灰霉病菌的菌丝生长表现了不同程度的抑制作用。在10倍提取液稀释液进行的抑菌圈法和悬滴法测试中,丁香、黄连、女贞子和细辛4种提取物表现了对番茄灰霉病菌分生孢子萌发的极显著抑制作用,与对照化学药剂"施佳乐"0 1%处理达到同一显著水平。将提取液稀释200倍,采用生长速率法进行二次筛选,北豆根、丁香、甘草、细辛、辛夷,黄连和远志7种提取物对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用与空白对照均达到极显著水平。结合对孢子萌发抑制作用结果,认为丁香和细辛可以作为重点进行深入研究。
Fine powders of 95 species of plant materials were extracted with 80% ethanol to get the original extracts (OEs). At the first step screening, all the OEs were diluted to 1% with PDA, 20 species of OEs showed significant inhibitory effects against mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea. OEs of four species Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.,Coptis chinensis Franch,Ligustrum lucidum Ait,and Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schm. showed significant effect against spores germination of B. cinerea at 10%. At the second step screening, the OEs were diluted to 05% with PDA,Menispermum dauricum DC.,Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish,Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schm.,Magnolia biondii Pamp,Coptis chinensis Franch and Polygala tenuifolia Wild showed significant inhibitory effect against mycelial growth of B.cinerea.According to the previous result,Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb,and Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schm. were chosen as the products for further research.
