“森柏”保鲜剂对纽荷尔脐橙果实采后生理及贮藏效果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 选用2种不同质量浓度(12g/L、15g/L)的森柏保鲜剂,研究它们在低温(7±1)℃条件下对纽荷尔脐橙果实采后生理生化及贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:森柏保鲜剂处理能较好地维持纽荷尔脐橙果实中可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和Vc含量,保持果实原有风味,抑制果实呼吸强度的增大,减少果实水分的损失,延缓果实保护性酶类SOD、CAT活性的下降,从而延长果实的贮藏寿命,其中15g/L森柏保鲜剂处理效果最好。 The effects of two concentrations (12 g/L and 15 g/L) of Semper fresh treatment on the storage quality and post-harvest physiology of Newhall navel oranges which were stored at low temperature(7±1℃)were investigated. The results showed that Semper fresh treatment could maintain the storage quality such as soluble solids content (SSC),vitamin C content and titratable acid in fruits. The loss of water and decay rate of fruits were also been inhibited. The activity of some antioxidant enzymes (SOD and CAT) also indicated that Semper fresh treatment can prevent the quality degradation of Newhall navel orange. The optimum concentration was 15 g/L treatment.
