摘要
研究了火柿采后乙烯生物合成以及不同浓度外源亚精胺(Spd) 处理对其乙烯代谢的影响。结果表明: 火柿果实属呼吸跃变型; 较高浓度(10.0 mmol/L) 外源spd 处理抑制乙烯释放和硬度下降; 较低浓度(1 .0 、0.1 mmol/L) 促进乙烯释放和硬度下降, 这种效应可以被乙烯生物合成抑制剂所逆转。
The effect of 10.0,1.0 and 0.1mmol/L external spermidine(Spd)on ethylene biosynthesis of the post harvested persimmon(Huoshi)were discussed.The results showed that the respiration drift of the post harvested Huoshi has the character of typical climacteric fruits;and its ethylene biosynthesis were different when the treatment density of Spd was changed.The ethylene production of Huoshi treated with 10.0mmol/L Spd decreased,as well as the softening was delayed.In the contrary,the ethylene production of Huoshi treated with 1.0 or 0.1mmol/L Spd increased and its hardness fell quickly,the rise of the ethylene production were reversed when Huoshi fruits were trea ted with CoCl 2,which is the inhibitor of ethylene biosynthesis.It is indicated that the proper density of Spd must be determined when it was used in the storage of persimmon.
