摘要
目的了解护士对神经外科重症监护专科护士(CNS)资质要求的理解及培训需求,探求合理的培训方式,为完善神经外科重症监护CNS队伍建设提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查神经外科重症监护室102名护士对CNS资质要求的理解及培训需求。结果神经外科重症监护室护士对CNS资质需求评分为3.06±0.95,其中对强健的身体素质、较强的临床判断能力和应对能力、熟练的专科护理操作技术评分较高;对培训内容的需求评分为3.00±0.95,其中对危重症观察及护理、急救技术、监护仪及各种抢救设备的使用与保养需求评分较高。不同职称护士对不同培训方式的需求比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论神经外科重症监护室护士对CNS资质要求的理解较好,不同层次护士对培训内容及方式的需求不同,应安排有针对性的培训,满足不同层次护士的培训需求,提高培训效果。
Objective To explore neurosurgery ICU nurses′ cognition about certified clinical nurse specialist（CNS）and on their raining demands,and to find a good way for training and building of CNS team.Methods A total of 102 nurses working in ICU of neurosurgery department were investigated in terms of their understanding of CNS qualification requirements and their need of training.Results Nurses scored 3.06±0.95 in the aspect of CNS qualification requirements,and they had strong needs of such content as healthy body,clinical judging and coping ability,and proficient nursing skills.Nurses scored 3.00±0.95 in the aspect of training need,and they had strong needs of such contents as observation and nursing for the critically ill patients,first aid techniques,the operation and maintenance of first aid device.Nurses with different titles had different needs of the training methods（P0.01 for all）.Conclusion Nurses working in ICU of neurosurgery department have excellent understanding of the CNS qualification.Nurses at varied levels have different demands of training contents and methods.Individualized training should be targeted to nurses in an attempt to improve the training effect.
