摘要
目的探讨上海市糖尿病专科护士的工作体验和需求。方法采用现象学研究方法,深入访谈上海市8名糖尿病专科护士,并用Colaizzi的7步分析法分析资料。结果糖尿病专科护士的工作体验提炼为3大主题:面临的难题、责任与使命感、成长和收获。刚开始面对全新的工作内容时她们面临诸多困难,但是随之产生的责任感和使命感帮助她们克服难题,并且在此过程中体验了自身的成长,收获颇多。结论管理者应尽快建立完善的专科护理行业规范,在糖尿病专科护士培养、工作及发展过程中提供必要支持。
Objective To describe the work experience and needs of diabetes specialized nurses in Shanghai. Methods Phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study. In-depth interview was conducted on 8 diabetes specialized nurses. Data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇s analysis. Results Three themes were extracted,including facing challenges,responsibility and mission,growth and harvest. When they began their new jobs,they confronted many challenges,but they conquered them with responsibility and mission. Finally,they felt growing up and harvested a lot during this time. Conclusion Administrators should formulate the practice standards for specialized nurses as soon as possible and provide necessary supports for their training,working and development.
