摘要
合成了部分甲基化β－环糊精，并以红外光谱、薄层色谱等方法进行鉴定。进行了长期口服毒性实验，研究了部分甲基化β－环糊精以及β－环糊精对芦丁的增溶作用。结果表明，部分甲基化β－环糊精无毒，它的增溶作用远大于β－环糊精。
Partly methylated β cyclodextrin (2) was synthesized and identified by IR and thin layer chromatography.The chronic oral toxicity study was carried out by female mice and suggested that 2 has low toxicity.The solubilization of rutin in water by 2 and β cyclodextrin (1) was studied.The results showed that 2 was a more effective solubilizer.So it can be used as the dissolution enhancing excipient in tablets.
