两种茵陈总黄酮提取方法的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用微波辅助法,分别用水、β-环糊精水溶液做溶剂提取茵陈黄酮。以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,通过正交实验设计考察了提取时间、料液比、微波功率和环糊精浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响,优选了最佳提取条件。结果表明,水法提取茵陈黄酮的最佳条件为:料液比1:20(g:mL)、提取时间10min、微波功率250w,最佳提取条件下总黄酮提取率为2.90%;β-环糊精水溶液法提取茵陈黄酮的最佳条件为:β-环糊精质量分数1.0%、提取时间8min、料液比1:20(g:mL)、微波功率250w,最佳提取条件下的总黄酮提取率为3.68%。β-环糊精水溶液法提取茵陈黄酮的提取率较水法提取高26.7%。 The total Flavones in Artemisia capillaries thunb was extracted by a microwave-assistant method using water and β -CD solution as extracting solvent. The effects of extracting time, rate of material to liquid, microwave power, concentration of β -CD on extracting rate were investigated, and optimal technology conditions were selected by orthogonal. The results show that the extracting conditions with using water as extracting solvent are lOminutes of extracting time, 250 Watt of microwave power, rate of material to liquid being 1:20 (g/mL). For extraction used β -CD solution, they are 8minutes of extracting time, 250 Watt of microwave power, rate of material to liquid being 1:20 (g/mL), concentration of β -CD 1.0%. By using β -CD solution as extracting solvent, the extracting rate which is 3.68% is obviously more than the extracting rate (2.90%) by using water as extracting solvent.
